Work Schedule

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required

  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
