Salary:

Qualified NP/PA hourly rate is $80/hour

Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Location: South Alpine, Rockford, Illinois

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of urgent care conditions
Perform occupational medicine exams, DOT physicals, and manage workers’ compensation cases
Conduct and interpret X-rays and point-of-care testing
Perform minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, and abscess drainage
Collaborate with on-site and regional leadership to maintain excellent patient flow and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active Illinois license (or eligibility)
Experience in orthopedics or occupational medicine preferred
Confident proceduralist with a calm and efficient approach
Strong communicator with a high level of empathy and professionalism
Team player who thrives in a fast-moving clinical environment
At least 12-18 months of experience as a Provider in Urgent Care or ER setting
