WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assemble assigned product parts (hydraulic hose assemblies) in alignment with production guidelines, company policies/procedures, and customer requirements
  • Monitor quality processes and complete inspection paperwork accurately
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a neat, clean work area at all times
  • Build and apply detailed knowledge of production processes
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques
  • Skill using equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc
  • Computer skills are highly desirable
  • Comfort applying basic math skills in production settings
  • Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
  • You work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 18 years of age or older is required to operate equipment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
