Summary |
Analyze business systems and design databases and programs for computer applications. Code, test, and debug databases/ programs based upon user specifications. Develop and maintain reports according to user requests and specifications. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities |
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis; of mathematics; of computer operations procedures and systems; and of computer programming languages, including applied knowledge of Microsoft Office products, VB .Net, SQL, and Crystal Reports. Ability to process information logically; to design programs and systems logic; to prepare program specifications; to code, test and debug computer programs; to interpret technical information relating to computer programming and other areas of data processing; to perform mathematical calculations; and to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals. Must be able to communicate and work well with end-users. |

Minimum Qualifications |
Associates Degree in technical or related field and a minimum of 3 years of related training and experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience. |
