Job Details:

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!
• Caseloads build rapidly, just speak with anyone in the company!
• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology.
• Prior experience in providing Telehealth services preferred.
