Job DetailsJob Location: Santa Fe NM - Santa Fe, NM 87501Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayThe Regional Director is the senior business leader for an assigned region, responsible for driving advisor and business performance, supporting growth, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client and advisor experience. This role sits at the center of our advisory organization - partnering closely with Advisory Leadership, other Regional Directors, and cross-functional teams - to translate firm strategy into execution, develop advisor talent, and scale best practices across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role with P&L ownership, direct accountability for advisor outcomes, and significant influence on how we continue to grow and evolve as a firm. What You’ll Do Advisor Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors and Financial Advisors Drive advisor effectiveness, accountability, and performance across your region Support onboarding and integration of new advisors and partner firms Provide ongoing coaching tied to behaviors that drive growth and client outcomes Business Growth & Performance Own regional P&L and deliver on revenue and growth targets Develop and execute organic growth strategies aligned to firm objectives Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; identify trends and implement adjustments Partner with advisors to support business development and client acquisition efforts Practice & Operational Excellence Ensure consistent adoption of Savant’s advisory playbook, processes, and tools Facilitate best practice sharing across teams and regions Work closely with internal partners (Marketing, Investment Research, Tax & Consulting) to enhance the client experience  Support advisor training, development programs, and regional events Talent & Organizational Leadership Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in partnership with Talent Acquisition Hire, develop, and retain high-performing advisor talent Drive team capacity planning, staffing strategy, and succession planning Champion Savant’s culture, values, and leadership expectations Change Leadership Lead through growth and change, including acquisition integration and organizational evolution Effectively communicate and implement new initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities Serve as a trusted partner to advisors and leaders navigating change   A few important notes about this role: Location: This role can be based in the Central or Western U.S., with flexibility to work from any state where Savant currently has an office or established team presence. The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $225,000 with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
