Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to support elementary-age students for the 20262027 school year at a school located near Rockford, Illinois. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (or eligibility)
Experience working with elementary students preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
