Job Specifics
- OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Urogynecologist to join our growing Women's Health Program in Rockford, Illinois.
- Help expand an established program into a full-time practice serving a large referral region across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
- Practice within a dedicated Women's Health Clinic, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive women's healthcare.
- Address a significant unmet community need by providing specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic reconstructive conditions.
- Join a health system committed to advancing women's health services, including recent investments in breast surgery, plastic surgery, and specialty women's care programs.
- Dedicated procedure room available within the clinic.
- Flexible practice structure with a combination of clinic and surgical time. Initial schedule is anticipated at approximately four clinic days and one OR day, transitioning to three clinic days and two OR days as surgical volumes grow.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
