Work Schedule: 

Per Diem, Varying schedule, this is an in person position, in person location will be UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
