What You will Do:
- Provide Analysis &Investigation for supplier and production Quality Notification’s (QN’s)
- Drive support activities to closure
- Drive closure of Suppliers Requests for Information (SRI’s)
- Complete Engineering Changes (EC’s) including reviews with product definition team
- Complete Gatekeeper meetings
- Maintain communication through weekly updates of Change Requests, Deviation, QN trackers, and regular meetings
What You Will Bring:
- BS or BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical related field with 2-3 years’ experience preferred
- Minimum AS degree with 5+ years of experience in supporting Quality Investigations and working with rotating type product
- Mechanical Aptitude and experience working quality issues a plus
- Excellent project management skills capable of closing issues out quickly
- Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Pay Range:Â $30/hr. to $32.70/hr.
 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:
This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, ILL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Â
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
