Our mentors are a vital part of our treatment team providing critical support to children ages 6 through 17. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Providing ongoing one-on-one support and mentoring to children recovering from crisis. Facilitating daily check-in and skill-development groups under the supervision of clinical staff. Leading daily recreational activities and mealtimes. Completing routine documentation regarding provided services and child observations. Assisting medical, nursing and clinical staff as needed. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience providing behavioral health or crisis services to children.  AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred.  Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.   Qualifications
