Overview:

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP/ST), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. This position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus!

 

This position offers a split with a Senior Living Community in the memory care, ALF and outpatient setting located in Camden. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities.

 

Our newly built, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in beautiful Rockland, Maine, offers a warm and supportive environment for our residents. This facility specializes in post-acute rehab, long-term care, and memory care services. Our facility is proud to offer stunning ocean views, private rooms, a close-knit rehab team, and a culture focused on collaborative care and compassionate service. You will play an integral role in the rehabilitation of patients with diverse medical diagnosis. You will provide individualized therapy services in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, working closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals. Qualifications

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours.
