Job Description:
Currently, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team and perform various shipping and warehouse functions at our De Pere, WI location. The associate will be responsible for picking customer sales orders, processing location transfers, and completing other warehouse shipping functions as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to learn and effectively use our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and barcode scanning equipment. Associates must also be able to obtain and maintain a valid company forklift license and operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner. This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties associated with a warehouse environment. Reliable and consistent attendance is essential to the success of this position. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate good communication skills, work well with others, and maintain a strong sense of urgency while consistently following all company safety protocols and procedures.
Job Objectives
- Package goods properly to ensure quality of material upon arrival at customers’ location.Â
- Maintain packing supplies needed to ensure proper packaging of product.Â
- Learn and use ERP system menus.Â
- Learn and use RF scanners.Â
- Ability to gain company forklift license training and maintain license.Â
- Must always drive forklifts in a safe and controlled manner.Â
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy other team members.Â
- Learn and use Pitney Bowes shipping system.Â
- Learn the products and how to fill and place items from the order to fill skids as to not damage product in transitÂ
- Have the ability and willingness to help in other areas within the warehouse.Â
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.Â
- Provide feedback related to job responsibilities that will contribute to continual process improvement.Â
- Learn to operate tape slitter to slit and package custom sized tapes.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Possess a team first attitudeÂ
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic & sense of urgency while maintaining safety protocols when performing job functions.Â

Salary: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Prefer shipping and receiving experienceÂ
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Hazmat Certified (Preferred)
