What You'll Do:

  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
  • Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
  • Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
  • Learn product features and benefits.
  • Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
  • Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and clearly explain recommendations to homeowners
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for building trust and delivering a five-star customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and company standards
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
