Schedule: Monday- Friday + Rotating Weekends + No On CALLS
Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 + annually (Commission Based)

What You'll Do:

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
Learn product features and benefits.
Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and clearly explain recommendations to homeowners
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for building trust and delivering a five-star customer experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and company standards
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
