We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Brevard County market. Â The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at multiple associations for the division. Â This position requires interaction with colleagues, homeowners, vendors, and sometimes the Association Board of Directors.Â
General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
- Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
- Other duties as assignedÂ
 Applicants Must:Â
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
