Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for an assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and enjoys working in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art office. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a recently licensed RDA looking to sharpen your skills, we provide an environment that fosters long-term career growth. We are highly experienced but willing to train the right individual!

Rate:Â $26.00 - $30.00 per hr - Competitive, Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
As an RDA, you will perform a full suite of clinical and patient-care duties, including but not limited to:

Providing high-quality chairside assisting for a wide variety of comprehensive dental procedures (general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry).

Preparing and regularizing treatment rooms (operatories) for patient care, ensuring strict adherence to infection control and OSHA protocols.

Utilizing advanced practice technology, including digital radiography, iTero® intraoral scanning, and CBCT imaging.

Managing patient flow effectively to ensure a smooth, low-stress, and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Coronal polishing, placing matrix bands/wedges, and applying sealants and topical agents as permitted by California RDA licensure rules.

Providing clear and compassionate post-operative instructions to patients and maintaining accurate electronic clinical records.
Qualifications

Licensure: Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.

Experience: Prior clinical experience is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train an enthusiastic, licensed professional with the right attitude.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital dental technology, scanning systems, and electronic chart management is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, a team-player mentality, and a warm, empathetic approach to patient care.
