Summary

As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met.

Primary Responsibilities

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to read, understand, and adhere to work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use hand tools properly and safely

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Mechanical assembly of products within acceptable quality and output levels

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inspect product and properly identify non-conformance

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Properly operate pass/fail test equipment (ALTF, PD Test, etc.)

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cleanliness and workstation clean up through SS standards

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow site requirements for disposal of recyclable materials and hazardous waste

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Team player with strong computer, written, verbal and skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience with opto-electronics and PCB commodities

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma environments

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic knowledge and practice of ESD and 5S principles

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Safety and chemical awareness
