What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal evaluations
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long-term disease prevention
• Build trust through compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

What You'll Bring

• Active California Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification
