Porter/Groundskeeper

Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry.

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Part Time Groundskeeper for our 157 unit apartment community located in Rocklin, CA.  This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 5pm

Our Ideal Candidate:
Six months of prior work experience in any field
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Basic computer skills: Internet and email
Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality
Must be reliable and dependable.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $19-21 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications. #LP1
