BASIC FUNCTION
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy by executing regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies. This role ensures that physical inventory aligns with digital records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS), reducing operational downtime and improving fulfillment efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Cycle Count Data Entry & Integrity: Review all cycle counts for accuracy and update the ERP system with accurate data, including adjustments, transfers, and receipts.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate variances between physical counts and digital records to identify root causes, such as data entry errors, picking/posting errors, or damaged goods.
- Daily Cycle Count Reporting: Generate daily cycle count reports upon completion; ensure reports are run and filed appropriately.
- Inventory Reconciliation Data Entry: Process all NCDRs, scrap tickets, and material requisitions daily.
- Rework Documentation Processing: Process paperwork from CRC to update unit serialization, including printing new frame tags and data labels.
- Cycle Count Audits: Participate regularly in cycle count audits, including auditing inventory processes across all areas of the business.
- Finished Goods (FG) Audit Support: Support and assist with planning and execution of quarterly FG inventory audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify inventory control trends and recommend corrective actions to improve overall inventory accuracy.

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow safe work practice rules.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to business and departmental enhancements.
- Maintain various PIC records and reports as necessary.
- Complete projects based on priorities set by management and supervision.

Working Conditions: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.
