The Painter is responsible for painting and redecorating walls, woodwork, furniture, and fixtures in various locations throughout the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Paint and redecorate interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, woodwork, furniture, and fixtures.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed.
• Mix, match, and thin paints to achieve proper color, consistency, and finish.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure proper application techniques and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Follow all hospital safety guidelines, including infection control procedures.
• Coordinate work with other departments to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
• Identify and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior and exterior painting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a healthcare environment.

Salary Range
Starting from USD $37.33/Hr.
