Administrative Assistant
 
This position is intended for a person that has operations, marketing, design, purchasing experience to join our team. Sign industry experience preferred.

Key work responsibilities
•        Answer phones, emails and interface with customers
•        Data entry/ update on POS & workflow tools
•        Research vendors and source RFQ’s
•        Manage small projects – assist with quoting, procurement & scheduling
•        Be willing to learn
 
Minimum qualifications 
•        Customer facing work experience e.g. admin, consultation, sales
•        Experience with Trello or similar PM tools
 
Additional preferred qualifications 
•        Sign Industry experience
•        Experience with Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
•        Experience with Corebridge, POS systems
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
