Clinic Team Lead (Multi-Site)

Locations: Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills, MD

About the Role

RadX Inc. d/b/a Washington Open MRI is seeking a Clinic Team Lead to support day-to-day operations across our Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills, Maryland locations. This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role responsible for helping ensure smooth clinic operations, strong patient experience, consistent workflows, and team accountability across assigned sites.

The Clinic Team Lead partners closely with clinic staff, imaging teams, and the Regional Director to support operational priorities, improve consistency, and resolve site-level issues. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with shifting priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily clinic operations across four Maryland locations to ensure efficient workflows and quality service

  • Monitor patient flow, scheduling trends, and operational performance indicators

  • Coordinate staffing support and coverage planning across assigned sites

  • Conduct team check-ins/huddles and communicate operational updates and priorities

  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support for front office and non-clinical support staff

  • Reinforce attendance expectations, accountability, and service standards

  • Serve as an escalation point for patient concerns and support service recovery

  • Help maintain a professional, welcoming environment focused on patient comfort and service excellence

  • Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures

  • Assist with audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Partner with billing/scheduling/revenue cycle support teams to help address operational barriers impacting patient flow and reimbursement

  • Travel regularly between Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills based on operational needs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree (AA) required

  • 3-5 years of healthcare operations experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting with responsibility for workflow coordination and operations support

  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel regularly between assigned Maryland clinic locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Outpatient clinic or imaging center experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

  • Experience supporting multi-site operations

  • Knowledge of front-end registration, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout clinic locations for extended periods

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Regular travel between assigned clinic locations is required
