  • Associate/Provisional License: $70,000 – $80,000 a year (DOE)
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80,000 – $85,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite 

  • 3 Days a Week:
    • 9:00am - 5:00pm 
  • 2 Day a Week:
    • 11:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small, intentional caseload (6 clients) to ensure deeply personalized, high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching.
  • Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change.

  • Create comprehensive discharge plans and review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain clinical compliance with timely, accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards.

  • Deliver a client‑centered, culturally competent therapeutic experience, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
    • Associate/Provisional Licenses: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT
    • Fully Licensed Clinicians: LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in an IOP, PHP, or residential treatment setting.
  • Background using relational, experiential, systemic, or trauma‑informed models (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, family systems therapy).
  • A passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
