  • Oversee day-to-day platform operations including administration, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades.

  • Manage technical staff such as developers, administrators, and analysts; set priorities and ensure timely delivery.

  • Guide Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, demos, and release coordination.

  • Collaborate with federal leadership, stakeholders, and partner teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and communicate progress.

  • Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, accessibility, and documentation.

  • Provide clear, proactive reporting on project status, risks, issues, timelines, and technical decisions.

  • Support end-user experience improvements through streamlined workflows, knowledge resources, and configuration enhancements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, software delivery, or enterprise platform support.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.

  • Experience leading technical teams delivering enterprise software solutions.

  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript and front-end development frameworks such as React.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment with structured release and change management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Splunk, Tenable, Azure AD).

  • Prior NIH or federal health IT experience.
