Description

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are working with VES (Veteran Evaluation Services) to staff Occupational Therapists to provide their services to veterans in our Rockville, MD headquarters. The Occupational Therapist is expected to perform the following:   

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive strategies. 
  • The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and actively participating in team meetings and case discussions. 
  • The Occupational Therapist will contribute to a patient-focused environment that supports accessible, high-quality rehabilitative care. 

Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated clinical skills in occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention for diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to perform functional assessments and utilize evidence-based, data-driven approaches to support patient recovery and independence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Maryland State Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) and applicable certifications.
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative settings is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and aligning practice with evidence-based guidelines.
