• Enable execution discipline while operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.Â
What It TakesÂ
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.Â
• 8–12 years of project or program management experience on space missions.Â
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering hardware-intensive programs.Â
• Strong experience managing schedules, budgets, and execution trade-offs.Â
• Ability to operate effectively in a mission-driven, high-accountability environment.Â
Nice-to-Have ExperienceÂ
 • Experience supporting rapid development, prototyping, or non-traditional acquisition environments.Â
• Familiarity with mission assurance, integration, and test execution.Â
• Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.Â
What You’ll GetÂ
• Leadership – Own execution for a high-visibility national security mission.Â
