The Part- Time Temporary Receptionist performs a variety of tasks related to answering phones, greeting company visitors and performing other administrative tasks.Â
Set schedule for this role is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from12:30-5:00. This is a temporary role until the end of August, possibly longer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
• Answer incoming calls from main switchboardÂ
• Forward incoming faxes to the appropriate recipient
• Greet incoming guests and appointments to the reception area with a professional, friendly DAVIS welcomeÂ
• Perform administrative tasks such as collating and making booksÂ
• Complete data entry as requestedÂ
• Assist other departments in completing mailings and other administrative tasksÂ
• Perform other duties as assignedÂ
• Perform responsibilities with excellence in service, integrity and building relationships as exemplified in DAVIS core valuesÂ

• Previous office reception and computer applications experience*Â
• Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills*Â
• Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, andÂ
demands, and to work independently*Â
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and interact effectively at all levels within theÂ
organization*Â
• MS Office – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience*Â
• Multi-line phone system experienceÂ
• Lync experience is desirableÂ
• Retail or customer service industry experience preferredÂ

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
