Sonic Summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience managing large, complex technical programs and at least 10 years supporting project management activities for a Federal agency.
Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors is necessary.
The role also demands strong technical leadership skills and advanced communication abilities, along with experience in managing costs, schedules, and risks across projects.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information
Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
-Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific,
research, or information technology programs.
-Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project management
activities for a Federal agency.
-Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and
subcontractors.
-Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables
across multiple projects or task areas.
-Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Federal
Program Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders.
-Experience leading executive-level briefings, governance meetings, and strategic
planning sessions.
-Strong technical leadership skills

-Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences:

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
-Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal research organizations.
-Experience managing scientific, biomedical, research, or laboratory technology
programs.
-Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.
-Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information
