The Role The Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a part-time position based at our Rockwall, TX location. We are looking for someone who brings genuine professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care. Schedule This position is part-time up to 29 hours per week, working daytime hours Monday through Friday. Shifts are offered on a consistent schedule in either a morning or afternoon block, so you will know exactly when you are working week to week. Consistent. Daytime. Up to 29 hours per week. What You’ll Do You will be a key part of the patient experience at our Rockwall clinic: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with care and precision. Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality What We’re Looking For This role requires a specific kind of professionalism. Our patients are navigating one of the most emotionally complex experiences of their lives. We need someone who can stay calm and composed under that weight.
