We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Install new HVAC systems and replace components as needed
- Identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions or system upgrades to homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and system operations clearly
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
