Job Description:
As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, overhaul, calibrating and repair of technically complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic antenna instruments using available documentation, repair manuals, schematic diagrams, technical publications, work instructions, and engineering drawings.

Essential Functions:
•   Primary responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex RF antenna systems.
•   Document test findings and diagnose and analyze problems utilizing a variety of test equipment.
•   Provides input for process improvements and development of top-level test procedures.
•   Develop subassembly test procedures as needed.
•   Construct, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment we use to support RF testing/tuning.
•   Validate functionality of units under test and test equipment.
•   Working knowledge of statistical process control as applied to related assembly, inspection and test processes.
•   Work from drawings, diagrams, customer specifications, schematics and/or test procedures.
•   Utilizing a variety of test equipment. Network analyzers, Noise figure meters, Signal generators, Spectrum analyzers, Digital Multimeters.
•   Utilize methodical and logical reasoning processes to resolve complex technical issues.
•   Maintain accurate records, fill out logs accurately, and explain defects found clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
•   Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
•   Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
•   Proficiently operate RF test equipment.
•   Working knowledge of electronic theory relating to RF transmission, power and data circuitry.
•   Assemble and test RF Coax phase matched cables.
•   Troubleshoot RF, Power and Data circuits to the component level.
•   Ability to execute RF Sensitivity testing.
•   Experience within a high-paced production manufacturing environment.
•   Understanding of drawings, RF technical specifications, configuration management, and change management practices.
•   Ability to work effectively on a team.
•   Excellent written, oral, presentation and team skills.
•   Experience working with DOD, Government, or other agencies.
