This is an entry-level position working alongside electricians on repair and replacement of electrical systems in residential homes and light commercial settings. What You’ll Do:
- Support electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose problems using your tools, tech, and sharp mind to resolve common electrical issues
- Read blueprints and schematics while taking direction on how to follow them for compliance
- Gain experience to perform safety checks, create estimates and communicate effectively with clients
- Use your expertise & newly learned skills to recommend smart electrical solutions to customers
- Keep trucks and tools clean, organized, and ready for action
An apprentice will assist lead electricians in the completion of all jobs while gathering crucial experience for their career. Apprentice electricians obtain knowledge from our experienced team, learn new problem-solving skills, and gain the hands-on experience needed.

- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to use or learn apps, tablets, and digital tools with ease
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
- Professional appearance and courteous personality
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, including the ability to speak, read and write in English in order to effectively interact with customers and complete necessary documentation0
Physical Requirements:
- You’re good with ladders, tight spaces, and working on your feet
- Able to lift 25 lbs and handle the physical nature of electrical work
- Situational awareness that helps you catch the details—near and far
- Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
