This role is responsible for loading and unloading machines, following work instructions, and supporting safe, quality-focused production operations. No prior machining experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities Load and unload production machines efficiently and safely. Read, understand, and follow job instructions and work orders. Perform basic computer data entry and job tracking functions. Learn and use measuring and inspection equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and other gaging instruments. Maintain quality standards and follow established quality procedures. Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines. Successfully complete on-site forklift training and operate equipment as authorized. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, squat, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Training Provided Production equipment and machine operation.
