Office Manager
Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for managing our office in an efficient manner to support operational objectives. To be successful in the role, a person must have proven professional experience, be adaptable, detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks, as well as a high level of Integrity, Humility, Friendliness, Excellence, Timeliness, and Professionalism. Â This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel required.Â
Essential Job Functions, Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close the office at designated times (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)
Coordinate office maintenance and upkeep through cleaning schedules, stocking supplies, and communicating needs or issues with the appropriate parties
Lifting and carrying supplies (5-50 lbs.) for storage required, sitting and standing, climbing stairs, and computer work (typing, reading, etc.)
Notify attendees and lead employees in daily Stretch & Flex
Provide HR Support as required by regional location
Assist applicants and communicate with appropriate parties; bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) skillsÂ
Coordinate and support employee onboarding, including paperwork, pre-employment screening, workplace setup, and device/tool assignment
Assist with HR functions and assigned duties, such as employee relations, record-keeping, and support
Support Office Meetings and Employee Events through scheduling, set up and clean up as maybe needed
Assist Project Teams as needed, including signing pay applications, time review for assigned manpower, and reporting
Provide general administrative support as needed, including document preparation and data entry
Follow all policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Corporate Safety Program

Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills:
Proven working experience in office management or administration
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalismÂ
Notary certification (or willingness to obtain)
Adaptability and flexibility
OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (as required by regional location)
