Qualifications
- Active LPN Nursing License in good standing in the state of North Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification with BLS (required)
- Six months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in home healthcare
