Position Summary
The basic function of this position is to install reinforcing materials by performing manual and support tasks on construction job sites under direct supervision. This position does not require prior experience, and all work is performed following instructions provided by supervisors. All employees are expected to adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Corporate Safety Manual and behave in a manner that aligns with company values.

The physical demands will be standing, walking, crouching, stooping, kneeling, squatting and bending for long periods of time on a regular basis. Â Â This job will require a full range of body movements including but not limited to, the use of hands, feet, arms, legs, back, and torso; the ability to push, pull, and lift. Must be able to lift and carry 75-100Â lbs repeatedly or continuously over time. Â Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, is necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carpentry Support
- Assist carpenters by carrying, staging, and organizing materials and tools
- Hold materials in place during installation as directed
- Perform basic measuring and marking tasks under supervision
- Assist with cutting operations by supporting setup and material handling as directed
- Rodbusting / Reinforcing Support
- Assist with handling and placing rebar under direction
- Tie rebar according to instructions provided by supervisors
- Transport materials and maintain orderly work areas
- Concrete Support
- Assist with raking, shoveling, and spreading concrete as directed
- Clean tools and equipment used in concrete operations
- Observe and assist skilled workers during finishing activities
- Teamwork and Jobsite Support
- Follow instructions from foremen and skilled workers
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support crew needs by keeping materials readily available as instructed
- Work cooperatively as part of a construction crew
- Additional Responsibilities
- All other duties required by Foreman or other Operations leadership

- All equipment, and safety gear required to perform the job are provided by the company.
- Hand tools and work boots are the responsibility of the employee
