Job DetailsJob Location: Rocky River - Rocky River, OH 44116Job Category: TrainingAs a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping FITWORKS members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team! Responsibilities: Scheduling and confirming client sessions Educating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment Walking the fitness floor while engaging and assisting members Setting up member engagement and education displays Attendance at monthly Personal Trainer staff meetings Offering feedback and suggestions for on-going improvement and growth of the Personal Training Department  Benefits: Competitive hourly wage plus the opportunity to earn sales commission Free membership to all FITWORKS locations Full-Time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible for the following: Medical Plan (Company sponsors 75% of premium) Free Tele-Doc services Voluntary Dental Insurance Company sponsored Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Voluntary Life Insurance Vacation and Sick Time Additional free membership to all FITWORKS locations for one family member QualificationsRequirements: Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred) Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications Required Ability to instruct and educate clients on basic exercise physiology and inform them of proper lifting and exercise techniques Professional and courteous demeanor Ability to communicate positively with potential members, current members, club guests, and all FITWORKS team members Willingness to be trained on all FITWORKS systems and processes Familiarity with CMS/CRM software a plus Desire to achieve set goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment
