Position Summary:

Manage and instruct students in classroom setting:

Adhere to curriculum and lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
Follow instructions to achieve lesson goals.
Take attendance and record in attendance system
Comply with all school safety practices, policies, and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for students.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, required.

Certification:

Valid teacher or substitute teacher license required

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Prior experience in a school environment is preferred

Qualities:

Commitment to the holistic education of young women.
Ability to foster and maintain respectful relationships with students, faculty and parents.
