One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians. If you have diagnostic experience, want steady year-round work, and want a stronger earning potential, we’d like to talk.
Compensation
- $25–$40+ per hour base pay (based on experience)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hiresÂ
- Uncapped commission opportunitiesÂ

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systemsÂ
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customersÂ
- Perform preventative maintenanceÂ
- Deliver professional customer service in the fieldÂ
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)
- EPA Universal CertificationÂ
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsÂ
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Professional and dependable work habitsÂ
