charge of the total project.
The Supervisor will follow the Estimator's general guidelines as estimated. Any deviations from the
Estimator's plan must be communicated and agreed upon with the Estimator. This is especially true with
changes in the scope of work which are generated by the customer or other outside forces.
The Supervisor must receive the Estimator's summarized plan before the initial start of work. The
Estimator and the Supervisor are both responsible for this communication that should take place in a
timely manner for early proper planning. The plan will include (but not limited to) the labor breakdown
with schedules to complete, equipment estimated and materials required (with subs included). Other
expenses would be included at this time.
Supervisors must provide any and all forms required for any particular project. Timesheets, all Safety
forms, Tracking Forms, Change Orders, Purchasing forms, etc. All forms must be filled out on a timely
basis and in a legible manner. Signatures required by the Customer is a must. See General and Policy
book.

other issues.
Supervisors will provide business development as appropriate with relationships he or she develops on
the individual job sites and report any and all opportunities to the estimator.
