Pedcor Homes is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of operational excellence, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience
• South Carolina Property Manager's License required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• CAM and/or CAPS designations are a plus

What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall success of the community. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, maximize occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and expenses, ensure policy compliance, and create an outstanding experience for residents and prospects alike.

The successful candidate will effectively coordinate people, resources, and processes to achieve property goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.
