Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM, Monday – Saturday, with Sundays as needed.
2nd Shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM, Monday – Saturday, with Sundays as needed.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations by coordinating team members and ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role oversees inspection activities, assists with workflow coordination, and helps maintain company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection activities and supervise laborers assigned to inspection tables
• Ensure customer products are inspected accurately and meet quality standards
• Lead by example while maintaining organization and good housekeeping throughout the facility
• Coordinate shifts start activities, including manpower assignments and table setup
• Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and materials are available to complete assigned work
• Provide on-the-job training for employees when new work instructions or processes are introduced
• Ensure employees follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
• Maintain accountability for personnel assigned to specific tasks or work areas
• Provide performance feedback to Supervisors or Managers when needed
• Report any policy or procedure violations to management
• Support and participate in all health and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, inspection, or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members
