Position Overview
As a Polypac Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are packaged and prepared to meet the highest standards. You’ll operate advanced wrapping equipment, maintain workflow efficiency, and uphold our commitment to excellence in every detail.
What You’ll Do
- Operate polypac wrapping machine and monitor conveyor line for smooth production flow.
- Run stretch wrapping machine to palletize rolls accurately.
- Ensure all fabric rolls are properly wrapped, ticketed, and palletized.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles.
- Keep polyethylene wrapping materials stocked and organized.
- Manually wrap oversized rolls when necessary.
- Provide backup support for utility personnel and lift truck operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to operate a lift truck.
- Basic computer skills for machine interface and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per shift).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Additional Details
- Must be able to work assigned shifts, including overtime and weekends when scheduled.
