You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access control, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery partners at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
