• Additional Hours: Available to help cover shifts as needed

We are seeking a dependable, organized Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and drivers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule and dispatch drivers based on trip assignments and availability
• Monitor trips and communicate updates with drivers throughout the day
• Respond to customer emails and confirm reservations
• Process customer payments accurately
• Enter reservation and trip information into dispatch software
• Assist with daily operational tasks as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving scheduling issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable learning and using dispatch and reservation software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
