We are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, delivers exceptional customer service, and understands the importance of maintaining a community that residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community
• Troubleshoot and repair general plumbing and electrical issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
• Maintain a professional attitude while working in occupied apartment homes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC experience and certification required
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and repair work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Weekend availability required
• Participation in a shared on-call rotation required
