Job Description

Responsible for loading raw materials onto molds used in an automated production line while ensuring proper placement, quality, and production efficiency. Monitors equipment operation, maintains a safe work environment, and supports continuous production by following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Load raw materials into molds on an automated production line.

- Verify correct material placement and mold alignment before processing.

- Monitor automated equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions.

- Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.

- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

- Keep work area clean and organized (5S practices).

- Perform basic machine cleaning and assist with routine maintenance as needed.

- Record production data and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.

- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
