Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be an advocate for Rudolph Logistics North America, and be a visible member of leadership while actively supervising and leading associates on the floor. This role will closely monitor all inventory received, stored, staged and shipped. The Warehouse Supervisor will be a Safety Champion and lead associates to execute quality excellence with all activities and tasks. This role will ensure customer expectations are met and company targets are achieved. This position requires a high-level attention to detail to yield safe and accurate results.

Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
- Supervise hourly associates.
- Receive direction from Warehouse Manager or higher management regarding labor and forecast to determine workflow of operations and staffing needs.
- Communicate daily, and frequently, via phone and email with key customer contacts and internal support teams.
- Plan and schedule tasks for receiving, storage and shipping of all materials.
- Train and coach associates on company policies and procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to immediately recognize issues and communicate to management for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ability to be flexible, as our warehouse facility may operate in multiple shifts and as full week operations to support business needs.
- Consistently meet deadlines and perform in a high function work environment.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or higher management.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required. A combination of acquired education and equivalent experience may be considered.
- One (1) year of work experience in a warehouse/distribution operations, logistics or supply chain operations.
- At least six (6) months in a role leading others or a team.
- Actual work experience with various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with Inconso is a plus.
- Forklift certified or the ability to obtain certification within six (6) weeks in position.
- Obsessed with details and determined to motivate associates.
- Determined to motivate associates with positive inspiration.
- Intermediate level computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at desk in an office setting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk throughout the square footage of the warehouse environment and stand and/or work on feet during the assigned shift hours.
- Ability to bend safely, lift and carry objects and/or product weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to hear power equipment alarm signals.

Environmental Considerations:
General work area is in a warehouse environment, mostly indoors with some outdoor exposure. Facility is non-temperature-controlled space.
