Join the Sweet Paris Creperie and Cafe team as a Crew Member, where you'll help create delicious memories for our guests in Rogers, AR. As a crew member our goal is to transport each guest to a Parisian side walk cafe with 'instaworthy'Â food presentation, seamless and sophisticated experience that will make every visit to Sweet Paris memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of sweet and savory crepes with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to health regulations.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and promote menu items.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old; prior experience in food service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register duties.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
